I believe in Climate Change, I believe we should protect the environment for our nations health, however CO2 is not a pollution it is a natural food for all plant life on this planet including HUMANS . We are not being told the truth or given the facts on the subject, Al Gore has been discredited all over the world,he has earned MILLONS of Dollars for his false assumptions. I rely on data not computer modelling as you understand GIGO, garbage in garbage out, There are 1.6 Billion of the world population without electricity and the cheapest source at the present time is coal fired power plants,we deny these unfortunate citizens the pleasures we enjoy. If we taught our children as I was taught by my Father 80 years ago, that co2 was an important substance for growing his vegetables to feed our family of 10 children. Global warming has paused for the past 18 years, and there is more co2 now than in the past 100 years.
Throw out your computers, and work with DATA, which is proven. Sincerely Basil Jeffreys

It may not help, but Spencer R. Weart has a very good site detailing the history of the discovery of global warming (http://www.aip.org/history/climate/index.htm#contents), which he updates periodically. The site is hosted by the Center for History of Physics of the American Institute of Physics.

He includes full references to the original research papers so you can look them up if you have access to the library.
